I am confused.  Why are we doing the AA 12 steps?  I am discovering that you cannot just drop in and out of here and know what is going on.

Karla I just decided that I would post the 12 step Al-Anon  for those of us that have problems with food and cross addiction.  Like I have told you before I do have a problem with shopping.   I do not spend bill money or money that is for other things but ever spare penny that I have goes for more clothes and shoes.  I am learning that I can put that item down and walk out of that store with nothing and still feel good.

I have an addictive personality.  I am doing much much better with the food addiction.  Living in Georgia., the lottery is every where you turn.  I could easily spend every cent I have on scratch-offs BUT I rarely buy one.  I can occasionally buy a $1 to $5 scratch-off ticket and walk away.  I refuse to take my rent or bill money and scratch it away.
