Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? Moving?

I am wedding dress shopping tonight, so no exercise for me-then off to Publix for penny item day shopping.

Food:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bagel
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine 4 cheese canelloni
S-clementine, chobani raspberry yogurt
D-not sure--probably eat out somewhere

Are yall having a devil of a time coming off the carb and candy coma high of the holidays?  My body is just dying for cookies!  candy!  cakes! pies! potatoes! pasta!!!!  UUUGGGHH!!!  I am having to "detox" to get off them again....

i have no plan really today. but i just wanted to say PLEASE take a few pictures of her dress shopping, all the diff ones she tries on. i love seeing them. i cant wait til i get to dress shop one day lol. maybe.

so heres what i think i'll eat? Todays Js birthday and we're going to Hooters for dinner

B-weight control oatmeal
S-few chips w/ cheese dip
L-frozen pizza
D-buffalo shrimp from hooters or steamed shrimp

I ate my weight (not quite but too much) steamed shrimp last night from the shrimp basket. 2 nights before that i had all you can eat crab legs. my step dad helped me on those but i really have over ate and not ate balanced this vacation. i cant wait to get home and do better.

B:  2 stirps of turkey bacon, 1/2 scrambled egg, 1 can biscuit with gravy
L:  3 mushrooms, 1/2 loaded potatoe skin, 1 cheese stick, and 1 grilled chicken chicklette from Logan's
S:  coffee
D:  one leftover chicklette, 3 mushrooms
S:  If I need one it will be the 3rd chicklette minus the bread!

Hi Kim!  Here I am logging my meals!  Things are going good so far, thank you for the support!

So today, my activity was the Cardio X.  I have to tell you, after doing it, I was pretty darn hungry all day.  I drank so much water but still felt like I needed calories.  At any rate, I stayed on the healthy side with my options.

B-Bagel Thin, wheat w/ 1 TBSP of garden vegetable cream cheese
S- chobani yogurt strawberry
Protein Drink (2 scoops)

Don't be afraid to eat more protein (boiled egg or some hard cheese, or lean meat) after a big workout.  If you are truly hungry, you need it--and the protein will help muscle recovery.  I always eat more on big work out days.

I'll check out the knot today--I think she found "the dress" last night!  I'll get some pics up soon!  We are going to Hartselle to Something Blue on the 15th--if she doesn't find something else, we'll go and buy the one she found last night.

ohh let me know what time your coming to hartselle. i live in priceville which is abt 10 minutes from hartselle, id love to meet you if you have time, things work out. ive never been to something blue but they dont look like they'd have alot to choose from from just driving by. i know alot of people buy prom dresses there
