Monday!! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

We had an awesome Christmas at our house!  I'm glad the holidays are coming to a close--I am so tired of all the junk food, I've started throwing some of it away.  I'm ready for good healthy food again.

Yesterday my DH and I went running in the snow!  That was fun--I took a few pics and I'll post them soon.

Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-chicken breast, fruit salad
S-Chobani
D-Salmon and veggies

Dessert is s/f jello with pineapple

For exercise, I'll be doing P90X arms and shoulders tonight.  My arthritis is really acting up, so I've got to give this old knee a rest.

I hope you all eat well and move today!! 

Update on the bride:  She has been doing well considering it is the holidays and she is exercising with me every time I tell her to show up!  She lost 6 lbs last week!!  She only needs to lose about 30, so that put a good dent in it and gave her some good inspiration!

Here's mine for Monday:

B - 1 egg and about 1/4 sausage patty and spoonful of grits
S - naval orange
L - tuna with dill relish, lowfat mayo and mustard
S - small slice rum cake
D - chinese boneless spare ribs, 2 tbls rice, 1 wonton

Not a great dinner but I'm really struggling to find things that are good alternatives for take out food when we're not cooking.

S:  Peppermint Mocha Coffee
L:  Cheeseburger with extra pickles
S:  Pure Protein protein bar
D:  Healthy Choice Chicken noodle soup
S:  Cheese stick
