Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?

Last day of work for me this week!  Gotta go to Publix on the way home today--penny item day! 

Food today:

B-1/2 banana, 1 sl ww toast with PB
S-Kashi bar (had a few bites of a potato casserole and a sausage ball too)
L-pork chop, few bites of broccoli
S-Chobani pineapple
D-spaghetti and meatsauce

Dessert-probably jello

No exercise on Wed for me.  Tomorrow I'll run, Friday I'll do weights and Satuday I'll run again.  Sunday will be weights too.  (I'm trying to work out as much as possible to offset the eating I've been doing!)  So far, so good!

Keeping much better track of what I'm eating today...

B - 1 egg scrambled, 1/3 biscuit w/teaspoon of gravy
L - 3 oz chicken, small dill pickles (3)
S - protein shake
D - probably salmon, asparagas

No exercise today, I'm out for praise team practice at church so I'll miss my aerobics class.  I'm hoping to start using my Wii Fit so I can do more exercise on my own schedule.

TGIF for me!

B:  whole wheat bagel, 1 tbsp pnut butter, 1 slice chicken
S:  1/2 c. rice cereal with soy milk
L:  grilled chicken wrap with no sauce
S:  Venti Skinny Iced cinnamon dolce latte
D:   NOt sure yet.  will be on the road after work so will prob eat pnut butter and crackers and a banana as I drive.

What's exercise?  lol
