Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Last night had my daughter over to workout with me--we've got to get in tiptop shape for the wedding dress!!  I told her I was going "ful Jillian" on her to whip her into bridal buffness! 

Today's food:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-leftover salad and 1/2 ww roll up sandwich (1/2 flatout, lean ham, swiss chs and mustard), clementine
S-Chobani Pineapple
D-center cut pork chop, Kimchi, some kind of veggie

Dessert-hot chocolate (sugar free)

Exercise:  Tonight will be P90X plyometrics

Yesterday was no good. i meant to come and post and then just didnt. Today has to be better but im still just a crying. Also, jaydens gone with my mom. i miss him terribly. Friday cant get here soon enough!!

Can you come to my house and be my trainer? i definitely need one. I think im going to sell my elliptical and join a gym. I also think i want a treadmill. Eh, i may just keep the elliptical but it never gets used, really.

B-1/2 sausage biscuit lg sf vanilla iced coffee from McD's
L-chicken caesar salad.
D-who knows, j's not home so i aint cookin!

My plan is to avoid upstairs today. the kitchen table is COVERED with goodies. I had way to many martha washington balls yesterday. they are gone so i think i can do pretty well with all the other crap up there. none of it really calls my name LOL

I know girl, it is hard this time of year, and I've had my share of the goodies!  My only goal was to not gain, and so far, so good.  Hang in there!  We are almost out of the holiday season and all the goodies!  I've been taking stuff from my house and bringing it to the office so I wont eat it!

We did some shopping today so my schedule was a little crazy.

B - I stopped at a local gym and got a protein smoothie but it was so sweet I could only drink about 1/4 of it.
L - 1/4 burrito w/1/4 cup refried beans and 5 or 6 tortilla chips
S - pepperoni & sausage off 1 slice of pizza
D - 4 oz chicken and some cucumbers

So I had a good day but made some not so great choices.
