This is step 4 of our 12 steps. We must do this before we can go further to help our ownself. This speaks loud for our ever day lives. Moral inventory, maybe if people these days took a moral inventory of their own lives our children and the world would not be in the shape they are in today. All of these steps are so powerful and I am so thrilled that I have used them all these years.

wonderful. Actually all the 12 Step program can be used by ALL addictions. It's a fantastic program and I can't wait to see you posting the rest of them. I think you should start over when you've finished all Steps. It should be an ongoing process and each day we should remember each of these steps. SO keep up the good work girl.
