My Re-birthday
I don''t post here very often anymore. Which doesn't mean I have forgotten you at all!
5 years ago yesterday, 12-13-2005 was the beginning of a brand new life for me. Things have happened over these past 5 years that I would never have imagined!
I lost half my body weigt..had plastic surgery, got a divorce afte a 34 year marriage, had Breast cancer, endured a Mastectomy, Chemo and Radation...started dating again,...bought a motorcycle....and the list goes on and on. Throughout everything "life" has thrown at me, I remain happy, optimistic and eternally grateful for everything I have. My life is good...and the main thing is..I AM HERE TO TALK ABOUT IT!! I might not have been if I hadn't had WLS.
Life is GOOD.....never forget to appreciate what you have. As bad as we think our lives may be, somewhere there is someone who would love to have what we have.
