Its Thursday!!!! Whatcha eating? exercising?

Im not sure how, but i lost 1lb this week. i havent ate so well and been off my "routine" with these goodies at work. mainly these stupid candied pecans. most of the goodies go upstairs to the kitchen but these were delivered to my boss who is an office away, and he put it right behind us in the coffee area. so everytime i get a cup of coffee i get a few pecans. i didnt drink any coffee yesterday. worked well.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w/ pepper
L-1/2 baked ravioli from the local italian place.
S- if needed mixed nuts (its the only good thing that came with this tray)
D-i didnt cook and probably wont. so whatever i munch on? this is where im not doing so well, i havent cooked all week it seems. i have to make a spinach dip for tomorrows party luckily i only have the bag of chips im taking with it, so i wont eat on it. i may do half a ham and cheese sand. or salad from McD's

B-leftover chicken finger and some fried okra....yeah I know, sounds gross for breakfast, huh?

L-shrimp fried rice-(co-worker was off today and insisted on buying me lunch for taking over her classes for her)  WOO HOOO!

D- 1 piece of Papa John's pepperoni pizza

Only good thing was I didn't eat any snacks all day long, but tomorrow is coming and it's SNACK FRIDAY!  UGH!!!!!!
