Hump day eatings?
well its hump day. so maybe its a downhill stretch to the weekend. its pretty crazy when you live for the weekends cus its the only time "off" but really it isnt off time. im always doing something, especially this time of year.
B-protein shake
S-handful mixed nuts
L-salad
S-protein shake
D-smoked chicken.
so whatcha eating? are you moving?
i cant seem to get moving once i get home. all i wanna do is plop on the couch with a book and a blanket. I do walk the stairs at work a good 10 times a day so im not just sitting but i need to exercise. its just SO cold!!

Hello from Norcross!! I worked out at the hotel last night (ran 3 miles on the treadmill) and tonight I'll do 15 on treadmill and some weights.
Food:
B-1/2 banana, 1/2 sl toast a few bites of egg and a slice of bacon
S-Kashi bar
L-1/2 of 6 in ww cold cut combo
S-apple
D-going out for Korean
Hope we don't get too much ice this evening!!

B: 3 slices bacon and a small blueberry muffin
S: Handful of nuts and sunflower seeds
L1: 3/4 c tomatoe soup, 4 crackers with pnut butter
L2: cheesburger with extra pickles....been craving these like crazy!
D: 1/2 onion bagel with slice of ham and 1/2 slice cheese
D2: same as D1!
