Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good morning everyone. Time to spray those pits and eat them grits. In other words, time to rise and shine. Still too early but...................
Our challenge for today is to be consist ant. In all things. Especially eating. Eat what we are suppose to eat. Eat the amounts we are to eat. Then be consistent in other things as well. Constancy brings integrity and dignity. So today, lets all try to stay or get back on track. I know that Christmas is here and we just had Thanksgiving, but we can still have CONTROL over our bodies. It all boils down to that. Does food control us or does our bodies/mind control us? I'm choosing to get back on track and let my mind control me! I WILL lose this 25 lbs! Are you with me?

When in the world do you sleep? :O)
I think about you in the mornings when I am enjoying my coffee. I am blessed to work from home, and I enjoy my coffee all through the day.
It is so cold here this morning. There is a substation out, and the electricity has been off and on all morning. They are considering closing the school because the electricity is doing the same thing there.
I am working with my precious little puppy, Harper Lee, asleep on a pillow at my feet. She loves the warmth coming from the computer. She is deep red weenie dog. She was the runt and is still very tiny. She steals the ornaments off the Christmas tree. I call her my little red-headed stepchild. She has completely stolen my heart.

Hey there Kim. I sleep here and there and now and then. HAHA! Just kidding. I've gotten to where I go to bed by 10 and asleep by 12 then I wake up by 3:30-5. Just depends on the day. I do take a nap and that is my down fall. LOL
I hope y'all got heat!! I love weenie dogs. They are awesome. Hyper, but awesome.
