Oh, my aching body,.........
Last night, Kyle and I stayed up and made several Blankets for Christmas presents. It's the double fleece, cut and tie blankets. We had 4 to make and both girls had promised me for the last two weeks to come and help me make them. It is quite time consuming, but anyway, when Kyle got off from work and ate supper that I'd cooked, we decided to get started on them. We set out to do two of them and do the other two today. Well, let me tell you, we got started and I just couldn't stop at two. I decided we would just go ahead and finish them all. My body is really paying the price today. I hope everyone enjoys their blankets for Christmas. Clint, Jill's husband has been begging Jill to make him one for 2 years. He loves Kyle's Alabama one and Jill refused to make it, so we decided we would just do it and get it over with. My fingers are sore and my hiney and back hurt so bad. We just laid everything out in our living room floor and went to town. Kyle and I enjoyed our time together and it was nice to do them all together. I'm going to insert a note inside the blankets, "Made with lots of love, from Kyle and Loretta". So, if you have someone that is hard to buy for, these blankets are an awesome idea.
