Its normal. dont freak out. Also, DO NOT weigh yourself every day. once a week is plenty. Keep eating/drinking like you should. Your body has to stall and catch up! Your doing great!!!

I agree, it is very normal.  Just keep with the program and the weight will mysteriously just drop one morning when you weigh.  I stalled in the second week after surgery.  You have not stretched your pouch...it is really harder to do than they leave you to believe.

Are you exercising?  Are you eating enough?  You have to get your water/protein in each day.  And dude, stop panicking!  You are doing great--and I agree with Hilary--DO NOT weigh everyday.  Pick a day/time of the week and ONLY do it then.

You would've had to do some serious massive eating to stretch your pouch this early out.

Its okay.  You will have lots of stalls.  You must exercise.  When you arenot loseing pounds you are probably losing inches.

Hey Felix.  I'm Randall.  Stalls are normal as you have been told.  Just give it a week or 2 and you'll see the lbs and inches go.  When your body stops losing, it has to catch up with the lbs.  You are losing inches.  Check your waist size.  I bet you'll see a difference.  Nice to meet ya and see you on the board.

Ditto!  Stalls happen.  Our bodies starve and go thru phases of holding onto as much as they can.  It will pass.  Don't worry.

As far as weighing.  I still weigh everyday.  I know I am not supposed to but if I see that # go up 1 lb. it makes me more conscious of what I eat that day and keeps me on track.    We as RNYers go through too much to gain it back and have to struggle to get it back off.

Good luck to you.
