Winter Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Well, my belly issue is better today so I'll get my hiney down stairs in the freezing cold basement tonight and workout....feeling P90X Kenpo for this evening.

Food for today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light ww bagel with egg white, cheese and turkey sausage
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure--I'll pick off someone's plate...going to Cheesecake Factory (and yes, I know I'll have a few bites of the namesake!!)
D-left over WW taco soup

Dessert-s/f hot chocolate or apple cider

My husband and I bought a new piece of equipment for our home gym...a power tower.  This is so I can do "real" pull ups with my P90X workouts.  Well, I've been doing P90X since Spring and I've gotten ****y about how well I'm doing.....GUESS WHAT???  I can't even do one freakin real pull up....I guess that is my next thing to conquer--I"ll keep ya posted!!

Good Morning. I eat about the same thing everyday.

B-Atkin Advantage shake
S- Banana
L- 1/4 chicken strip, 2 tsp hashbrowns
S- whatever is left over.

When i went to the Cheesecake Factory recentley i just ordered and took 3 bites and bought home the rest for my husband and son.  I did bring them home some cheesecake.

Stacy, I do not know how you survive on the few bites you eat!  It looks like I eat like a heifer next to you!!

Ended up eating a few bites of Mahi Mahi Mediterranean at Cheesecake Factory--so good.  Then everyone ordered cheesecake.  I had a bite of 5 different ones--and they were incredible...the red velvet cheesecake was divine and my fave.  The rest of it came back to the office so others can enjoy it.  I cannot believe the obnoxious size of the portions at that place! 

Oh, and we also had a "going away" party for a guy today and I had a couple ****tail wienies and a few chips with cheese dip.

I CAN'T WAIT TO EXERCISE TONIGHT!!  I feel like a cow.......

Kim, I need more than a few bites too LOL . I get so bored though with food after a few times..
I am always searching for protien of different kinds ..HO HUM

B:  1/2 cup Farina and 2 boiled eggs
S:  1/2 bagel w/ ff cream cheese
L:   double cheesburger with extra pickles and unsweet tea from McD's
D:   Turkey and White cheddar on toast
S:    Maybe popcorn or an apple

I forsesee lots of caffeine in my near future.  I work til midnight tonight, get 3 hrs of sleep if I am lucky, and have a flight leaving for KY at 5:30am!  Going to see my son and family and go to my parents  Xmas party on Saturday!

Will be back in AL Sunday evening :)  Hopefully it will be warmer by then!

Bananas all day long!! I LOVE my nanners.  But!  I did cheat around 5;30 and ate a burger.  I felt guilty!!  I'm still in the same clothes (some) as I bought 5 years ago, but I have gained 20 pounds and striving to get them off.  Have been for over a year.  Folks, let me tell you, if you gain, it is hard to get them back off!!!
