Fridgid Tuesday! What R U eatin? R U exercising??
I hate this cold, but I thank the Lord for another day nonetheless. Yesterday was a bad day for me---girly issues, so I literally could've gnawed my own arm off I was so hungry all day, and I even got into the chocolate. I couldn't exercise due to stomach pain.
Today is much better and I'll burn some miles on the treadmill tonight to work off that dang chocolate!
Food today:
B-1/2 cup cottage cheese with NSA peaches, and 1/2 ww english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure--going out, but I'll do good
S-Oikos greek yogurt
D-snacky stuff at Christmas function after work
Tis the season! I am trying so hard to make good choices most days so I do not gain any weight during the holidays....I really think the only saving grace I have is the amount of exercise I do, and that is harder when it is so freakin cold outside! Okay, I'll stop whining like a girl now! Everyone have a great day.

I dont like the cold either but you burn more calories when its cold. So i will be walking my usuall 20 min this morning and 20 minutes this afternoon.

Snack- SF Choc. Pudding or a Banana
Lunch_ whichever one i didnt eat at snack

i absolutely hate this time of year. I did horribly today. Tomorrow and the rest of the holidays i will be working on WILLPOWER.

I feel MISERABLE. literally. the sugar made me feel bloated. not sick, jus bloated.
I will be cleaning house tonight so that'll be my exercise. im sure it counts as something.

S: 1 Oreo Ball - I made a batch to bring to work....tip...I put Crest Whitestrips on my teeth while baking so I would not be tempted to keep tasting!
L: Baked Chicken and Green Beans
S: Mini Bag of Popcorn and Diet Oceanspray Cranberry Juice (only 2g sugar)
D: Brought a Lean Cuisine Meatloaf Dinner but haven't had time to eat yet.
S: 1 Oz. Cheddar Cheese and 1/2 apple
I have reduced my walking. Only getting 1-2 miles in on these cold days. I have been using my handweights for arm and chest workouts and doing some squats and kick backs for my butt and thighs!
I have been fooled terribly. I thought moving to AL would give me much warmer weather!!!!! LOL

half a PB Protein bar mid am
Tuna with a little lite mayo on lettuce for lunch
2 % low fat string cheese and a couple multi grain crackers mid afternoon
and I had a lettuce tomato salad with about a 1/2 cup smoked chicken on top with some
fat free Thousand Island dressing for dinner
LOTS IF TEA WITH SPENDA AND LEMON all day ...
EXERCISE is a given of some kind everyday ....
TODAY , I will probably so a similiar as I have that Oatmeal most days actually
