Friday!! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising??? LURKERS COME ON--POST!!
Okay, now that we've shaken some of our lurkers out of the trees and they've let us know they are still with us, how about you get to postin??? We need to be accountable so we don't find some lost lbs during this holiday season.
I have been a lazy girl. I only managed to exercise a couple times this week....very busy. Tomorrow morning I'll get up and run 4 miles, then Sunday I'm doing a 9 mile hike. Next week will be busy again but I've got to get my workouts in!!
I weighed this morning and I'm still holding within my famous 4 lb range....been the same since May. Suffice it to say, I ain't never gonna lose those last 2 official lbs on my ticker!! I guess I need to suck it up and update the thing....and that is fine by me! I'm happy with where I am--I can pretty much eat/drink what I want (within reason of course, and I still follow the rules!!) I'd guess I'm compliant 95% of the time.
I suspect as long as I continue to exercise like I do and eat 6 mini meals a day I can hopefully maintain where I am. I better! I don't have ANY clothes bigger than the ones I wear now.
Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-light ww bagel with egg and turkey sausage (ate 3/4 of it)
S-Kashi bar
L-Chunky Healthy Request Sirloin burger soup, some left over roasted chicken
S-grapes, Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-not sure--gotta go to WalMart and Sams tonight so I'll probably eat soup and grilled cheese when I get home
Dessert-hot chocolate
I hope everyone has a great weekend! I'm going to do my best to get to the party tomorrow--our city's Christmas parade is at the same time, so it is hard to get out of my subdivision!!

I had light yogurt with Grape Nuts cereal for breakfast. My exercise this day will be to get dressed and go get a manicure and pedicure in those wonderful massage chairs. OK, so that is not exercise, but I need to get ready for the Christmas season and this is something I haven't done in months.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w 5 grape tomatoes.
L-side salad and a cup of chili
S-protein shake?
D-leftover grilled chicken w/ baked sweet potato. still havent finished it.
I'll be Christmas shopping tomorrow before the Auburn game and i know its not the best exercise at least it IS walking. Im determined next week i'll do the elliptical AT LEAST 3 days. Come kick me in the rear end please!!! ive got 7lbs to go before Christmas to meet my mini goal. i know i can, i know i can!!
On an upside, we're getting a fence, that means after we get back from the beach, im going to get Jayden a puppy!!!! Im so excited!!

Okay so yesterday did not go as planned. Did not get my popeyes chicken leg. After some Christmas shopping I came home got in my pj's and was not going back out.
When I woke up had about 5 pecan halves and water
B 1 scrambled egg on 1 slice of toast with edges cut off. Could not eat the whole thing.
L childs turkey sandwich from McAlisters. I take all the meat and put it on one slice of bread and pull off all the edges off. So not even 1 slice. I can not finish that. And more water
D I am thinking fish, just not sure yet.
I will get in my 64 oz of water and my vitamins for today and will do my B12 nasal spray.

I did good today, considering we had Christmas snack day at work. Every friday till Christmas, we are having snack day. Good grief.....everything on the table was SWEETS. I steered clear and did not eat ANY of it. I haven't had the best feeling tummy the last couple of days. One might say, I've had a "grouchy pouchy. For breakfast, I ate a light, FF yogurt and lunch was some leftover bbq from dinner last night, My tummy did not like the bbq and surely didn't like the corndog I had for lunch YESTERDAY either. Tonight, I had those few teeny bites of chopped sirloin, about half a stuffed cheese potato and 3 bites of salad. Of course by the time I got home from eating, I wasn't feeling well at all. It just hasn't been good feeling eating the past 3 days in general. This medicine I have to drink every other day for my kidneys and to keep ,my potassium down, is not good and it makes my tummy swell sometimes and I just feel miserable. This diabetes and CKD is for the birds. I just ask you all to keep me in your prayers as my doctors make decisions regarding my health.
