Morning everyone.. Cold this am in Ala in my area...Hope all of you reading stop and count your blessings as they are many..
I am headed to Tallahassee this am for 3 days to spend Xmas with my grand-daugher and of course her mommie and daddy ..  The family is spread all over so have several to do in different locations before Santa makes his rounds.
No issues health wise, I  still figure out how to get in the protein each day and the exercise.
Funny thing is way back when I thought the sugery was a magic wand and I woudl never have to worry about counting calories again...Boy was I wrong and poorly informed,
One bite to many or of the wrong food lets me know though that I DID INDEED have the surgery long ago...Seven years this month actually..
Hugs and blessing
Shirley
If you have a second , pray for our trip to be a safe one ...Thanks
Oh , planning on posting some friendly recipes for the holiday cooking when I get back.. Hope all of you will too.

Have a safe trip!  Looking forward to the recipes.  You are such an inspiration--I love to hear from the long time successful folks!  You are right--maintenance is much harder than the "honeymoon".

Good morning my friend.  We had a hard frost on the ground up here.  Next week, the high is going to be only in the 30's and lows of 18!!  WOW  BRRRR!   LOL

You have a safe trip and know that HIS angels have charge over you!!  YOU ARE BLESSED!
For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"
