Kraut Salad
1 large can chopped kraut, drained
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 small jar pimients, chopped
Mix and set aside. 
In a small boiler place 1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed.
Bring to a boil and pour over kraut mixture. 
Goes great on hot dogs, any meat and especially beans


Wonder Salad

1 package beef flavored ramen noodles
1 large package coleslaw mix
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Dressing
2Tablespoon oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 flavor packet from ramen noodles
2 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup Splenda

In a large nowl.break noodles into small pieces and mix with coleslaw, sunflower seeds,onions, and almonds. Set aside. Combine ingredients for dresssing in a shaker container. Shake well.  Pour over vegetable mixture shortly before serving. 

I'll give you some tips on this recipe. It's better made with a double order of dressing. 
Can be made using broccoli, I add 1/3 cup raisens when I make with broccoli.
