Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Last night traffic was horrible!  First I left work late, then fought traffic, had to go to the grocery, and then finally got home around 7:30.  Fixed dinner, and never got to exercise....it was too cold and too late to go running.....I actually wont get to run again until Saturday morning.

Busy weekend coming up!  Gotta cook 3 pans of lasagna for my ornament party next Friday, our Helena Christmas parade is Saturday and the Alabama Bariatric Christmas lunch is also Saturday.  I want to go hiking Sunday, so gotta get everything done on Saturday!

Today:

B-1/2 c cott chs with NSA peaches, 1 slice ww toast
S-Kashi bar
L-roasted chicken and broccoli, tangerine
S-Chobani Peach yogurt
D-not sure--going out

I went grocery shopping last night too. mainly for milk and bread for jayden. He's eating sooo much lately. i cant keep him full. I know its a growth spurt so im ok. I didnt exercise last night. I have GOT to do better!

B-1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches
L-Dieters Delight which is 2 chicken fingers and a side salad. I'll eat one chicken finger and the salad (stupid me forgot my lunch at home)
S-protein shake if needed
D-lil smokies cooked in the crockpot w/ bbq sauce, green beans and corn maybe. i'll probably have a few smokies and a salad?


I had a NSV this morning. I did weigh and i was only down almost a pound, but i had gave a coworker some 14 pants that i outgrew. I had got up into 18s for a brief period and have been stuck in 16s for a while, well she brought them back today and i tried a pair on and they fit, tightly, but they fit. I only got down to a size 12 before so im estatic about this. Its made me so happy. I want to be a 10 but im sure that'll be after PS. My 14s in my closet are caling my name, so i gotta get with the program and continue to make good choices!!! Thanks for helping me get back on track!!

I am going to start this with you all.  I know what my problem is,  I do not get enough protein in each day.

B  1 pack of instant grits
S   4 captain wafers 
L   small hamburger from McDonalds with about a 50 cent size of bread on the top and bottom
D   thinking it might be popeyes I really want a chicken leg from there.  Have not had popeyes in
      7 years.
Already had a 24 oz of water.  I have just about given up my sweet tea completely.  Just not good any more for some reason.
So as you can see I lack a lot in protein.

Yep, Louise, gotta up that protein!  Good for you getting off the sweet tea!

Hilary, I am so proud of you girl!  I always knew you had it in ya!  And the baby boy's appetite is only going to get worse!  My two boys ate me out of house and home!
