I am 3 weeks post op today (12-1-2010)  and have lost 27 pounds. while waiting for an elevator at work today, I tried to put on my backpack. When I reached back to throw my left arm into the strap, my pants fell down to my knees!!! Lucky that the guy in from of me was working his Blackberry and did not notice!!

Just a question, has anyone used juicers? I am looking for one and know nothing about them. Can you reccomend a good brand at a resonable price?

thanks, and enjoy!!

Good morning-Mr. "pants falling down"!  Buy suspenders first, then the juicer!

No, I don't have one, and I don't drink much juice--be careful of juice....it is a "slider" and if it is fruit, you may have issues with it (the natural sugar in it).....

Hey guys,

Thanks for the info. I am going to stay away from the fruits, but am going to juice veggies! Father Ray Waldon gave out some awsome recipes for some veggie juices that he uses. If you have not seen Father Waldon, he is a preist wo has lost 170 pounds after RNY. Here is a quick bit about him.

Does anybody remember the song from American Idol, Pants on the Ground?   LOL    That song came to mind when I read this.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us,
