Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? Still got leftovers? R U moving in the cold?
Last night I cooked salmon and broccoli--it was good to have a healthy meal again! We STILL have some Thanksgiving leftovers, and will polish those off tonight--then down the drain they go!
DH and I did P90X last night--tonight we'll go running around the lake at the park--it will be so cold, I'm dreading it--I'd rather run in 100 degree heat than the dang cold! The ipod is loaded with Christmas music, so hopefully that will make it bearable!
Food today:
B-1 egg, a few bites of turkey sausage, a few bites of toast
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine turkey and green beans
S-fresh pineapple, Chobani peach yogurt
D-roasted chicken from Publix (it is Wed--penny item day!) and a few bites of Thanksgiving leftovers
Dessert-hot chocolate
I did not exercise last night so i will try to tonight! i weighed today and i was at the same weight i was before vacation. My official weigh date is Thursday with my coworker, id really like to atleast be 1lb down but Oh well if not. i'll do it next week!
Todays food:
B-cottage cheese- not even 1/2 cup. no peaches. couldnt stomach much
L-smoked chicken breast w/ white sauce hopefully i can eat it
S-protein shake?
D-leftovers from last night since i didnt touch them. grilled chicken w baked sweet potato
I have laid out my yoga mat and hand weights and hope to start some isometrics tomorrow!
B: 1/2 c. oatmeal with 2 TBSP P-Nut Butter and 1 TBSP raisins
S: 1/2 banana
L1: 1 c. tomatoe basil soup with 2 TBSP shredded cheddar cheese and 6 saltine crackers
L2: Cheeseburger with extra pickles from McDonald's
D: 2 slices turkey ham and slice of white american cheese on an onion bagel
S: unsweet tea and popcorn
S2: ? maybe a chunk of cheese or 1/2 banana....only if I need it!
