Rainy Tuesday-Whatcha Eatin? Moving?
It is raining buckets right now--I got into the office before the bottom fell out. I'll be exercising indoors tonight (P90X shoulders and arms weight workout and the ab routine). It is going to be hard to go out and run this week since it is getting so cold!! I'll try that tomorrow.
Last night I had a dream (nightmare??) that someone told me I looked like I gained weight!! And, in this dream, my clothes were tight!! AAAGGHHH!!! Talk about a wake up call--must be feeling guilty for all the goodies I had over the Thanksgiving holiday....so far, the scale has not shown a gain, as a matter of fact, last week I lost a lb.....but it sure did scare me straight!

B-1/2 of Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bowl
S-Kashi bar
L-leftover collard greens and Chunky soup, a few crackers
S-pear, Chobani yogurt
D-salmon and broccoli
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar or hot chocolate

Its flooding here and just nasty. Im sick as a dog, but at work. my head feels like its about to explode and my throat is so sore i can barely swallow. im ready for summertime again!!!!

D-leftover egg drop soup from last night that i forgot to bring for lunch so i have to go get more!
If my throat feels better i'll throw in cottage cheese for a snack or something more proteinish for Dinner but i just dont feel like eating.
I wish i had that nightmare a year ago so i would have woke up and said get with the program! its ok, im working slowly but surely to get back down!
Your doing a GREAT job. you are sooo dedicated to working out that if you want to indulge every once in a while thats ok. Just dont start doing it daily like i did. lol
