Cyber Monday! R U shopping? Whatcha Eatin? Exercising??
I ran Thanksgiving day, then I didn't do any formal exercise Fri-Sun, but I hauled tub after tub up and down the basement stairs so I could pack away the Fall decorations and haul out all the Christmas stuff--the house is completely decorated--inside and out. I'll post some pictures soon.
Tonight I'll do P90X since it will be raining.
Food today:
B-ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-leftover fried shrimp and a few french fries
S-Chobani yogurt
D-leftover turkey and stuffing--this is our last time to eat the leftovers...the rest go in the trash
I ate my fair share for Thanksgiving--now I'm ready to get back to healthy eating! Gotta go do some online Christmas shopping!

Good Morning! i wanted to do Cyber Monday so bad but realized once i got to work my debit card is in my pants pockets from yesterday AT HOME. I may run home at lunch to get it. I need to get some of Jaydens shopping out of the way!
B-1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches
L-cobb salad
S-protein shake or cottage cheese
D-BBQ'd chicken w/ side salad
I ate my fair share of junk. I didnt eat really bad food, i just nibbled instead of meals at the beach. The first morning i did great w/ protein shake and then at lunch i snacked and then had crablegs for dinner. the next morning i had cottage cheese w/ peaches and nibbled throughout the day til dinnertime which was of course, Chicken and Dressing, Ham, green bean casserole, corn, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and devilled eggs. I dipped one spoon of each on my plate but had alot left over. i feel like i did good at the thanksgiving dinner it was the lunchtime part and then beer during football that probably made me go up 2lbs. I dont weigh until Thursday so as long as i have those off i'll be happy for this trip. Normally i stuff myself silly with fried good seafood. this time i feel i did better!
I'll do the elliptical for 20 minutes tonight.
