Happy Thanksgiving!

I was so busy today I forgot to post the whatcha eatin for today!  I will start again on Monday, but that doesn't mean we can eat like piggies for the next few days!!  Please make good choices and enjoy the family time more than the food.

I'm cooking all my casseroles tonight-then the bird will go in early tomorrow morning.  My son is home, so I'll get up and make him some blueberry pancakes tomorrow morning.

Happy Thanksgiving!  I'm staying home this year (with my pup Biscuit) and have made the Truffeled Wild Mushroom Lasagna featured in this month's Cooking Light.  Can;t wait to pop it in the oven!  Served with a nice salad and probably a glass of wine later on!

Biscuit gets some leftover London Broil - his favorite- mixed in with his kibble.
