Monday! Whatcha Eating? Exercising?
Here we are--it is Thanksgiving week! I'm sure we'll all be busy, and we'll probably have one of those "pot luck" dinners at work to deal with along with the over indulgence of Turkey Day itself. We must remember to use moderation! I'm not telling you "don't eat that".....that is unreasonable and lets face it, some of these goodies we only see once a year. Enjoy yourself, take a taste or two, and then fill up on meat. And when all else fails, and you overdo it, put on those sneakers and walk it off! We should all pledge to no weight gain this holiday season....WE CAN DO IT!!
Today's food:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights ww bagel with egg white and turkey sausage
S-Kashi bar
L-greens and black eyed peas, grapes
S-Oikos caramel yogurt
D-I bought one of those frozen Wanchai Ferry Chinese dinners...we are gonna try that
DH and I are going running this evening.

Good Morning!! Me and Jayden are going to the beach for Thanksgiving. I have a friend and her BF that are coming down also so we're going to get together and cook a small thanksgiving meal but luckily we wont be doing any more Holiday gatherings but the seafood temptations are just as bad for me! Everything fried. I am determined to make good choices tho! I have a no gain policy for this holiday and i hope that when i weigh in next Thursday ive dropped atleast 2 lbs.

L-grilled chicken salad from somewhere
S-protein shake
D-1/2c cottage cheese NSA peaches
S-chobani peach after workout maybe.
i may possibly have a salad tonight for dinner instead of the cottage cheese. Im not quite sure as im home alone tonight. I have to pack pack pack so i doubt i'll have time to fix anything else. Im hoping to get atleast 20 minutes on the elliptical in.
