We had a good time at bunco last night....had BBQ, beans, salad, mac and cheese.....all the carb loaded stuff!  And to make matters worse, she made fudge!!  Good red wine too.  I had a taste of it all, even the fudge--which didn't agree with me.

Today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights bagel with egg white and turkey sausage
S-Kashi bar
L-roasted chicken and salad
S-Chobani
D-not sure--going out somewhere

My friend and I are doing the Thanksgiving shopping tonight and will grab a bite while out.  Tomorrow I'll get up and run.  Gotta get started on the turkey day cooking this weekend--gonna make my collard greens and 2 pumpkin cheesecakes.

Yall have a great weekend, make good food choices, and MOVE!  Exercise is the only remedy for overindulgence!!

Thank you. It was in my head that i'd lose weight if i lived off protein shakes and cottage cheese and other "crap" that i thought was good for me. It was trial and error for me in finding what i should eat/how much/ to get the weight off but its working. I didnt meet my goal for my 5 year surgiversary but i feel like ive made much improvement in my head. Ive learned better habits recently and feel good about this new lifestyle it took so long to learn. I do love cottage cheese for breakfast tho!! it fills me up and last until lunch!!!

Your my motivation so i hope by next summer i'll be lookin as good as you!

Girl, you are so sweet!  You helped ME get to where I am!  I've always relied on your posts along with the others that have years of experience to get through this.  We are truly here for each other.

Have a great weekend!
