Bariatric Exercise Class-Huntsville Area
For those in the Huntsville area that may be interested-
I learned tonight that the Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center (Medical Mall-Governors/Parkway)
will be offering a Bariatric Exercise Class starting in January. I belived the date was January 4.
This is an exercise class that will be geared towards
the pre or post op bariatric surgery patient and those who support them. You don't have to be a memeber of the Wellness Center to sign up for the class.
You could call the Wellness Center at 256-265-WELL for more details regarding the dates, times, prices and such.
I thought it sounded like a great idea for those who have had or are considering having WLS as it would offer a chance to start an exercise program all while networking with fellow WLS patients as well as allowing for developing a broader support system.
