I could just sit in the floor and cry!!!

I went for my last doctor’s appointment. I have been going nuts for this day for six months! My doctor was 35 minutes late getting me back there and then another 30 minutes late seeing me. I gathered all the copies from the nurse for the last six months and drove like a mad woman to my surgeon’s office. The nurse for my Doctor (Heather) wasn’t in of course and would be back tomorrow. Fine. I left my copies, paid my 350.00 and went to leave. I made an off handed comment about starting the liquid diet and that lady stopped me. Told me it would be at least a month and laughed at me. I wanted to shake her or smack her or something!! I didn’t of course, but I am so disheartened. A lot of people are getting approvals back in 2 to 3 days. Anyway… today is a day I’d love to go eat a pizza by myself! Not going to, but I swear, why do some people have to be that way!!

Yes it will get here.   Now for the approval ever insurance is different, some send in the pre-approval online while other pay do the paper and mail route.  Even tho it might go online you just never know how long it may take for them to give an approval.  Don't give up it will get here. 

Take this opportunity to begin your new way of life by dealing positively with negative things.  You did the right thing by not turning to pizza!  Good for you.  Put on your tennis shoes and get outside and take a long walk.  Commit to doing exercise every day.  Make good food choices.  Don't drink with your meals or for 30 minutes afterward.  Limit/eliminate bad carbs and sugar.  You can start your new life now--that approval will be here before you know it, and we'll be waiting for you on the loser's bench.  Oh, and don't give a 2nd thought to insensitive people...they don't deserve the attention.
