Hump Day! Whatcha Eating? Exercising?

It got cold last night!  I ended up running on the treadmill while I watched the Biggest Loser.  It was too cold and windy to go outside.  I am going to try to run outside as much as possible this Winter.  This is the first Winter I've been a "runner" so I've never had to brave the cold.  I guess if I made it through temps over 100 degrees in the Summer I can suffer thru the cold too!

Food today:

B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-Kashi bar
S-Slim Jim
L-1/2 c cream corn and 4 oz roasted chicken, grapes
S-Chobani peach
D-probably more of the chicken and some greens

Dessert will be jello with pineapple.

I will do a weight workout tonight--something P90X and upper body.  It is just too chilly to go outside to exercise!  Can't wait for Spring already!

I too am freeezing. I hate cold weather. My legs are feeling better today so tonight i will do the elliptical, i havent been on it in a few days.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w. NSA peaches
S-handful of popcorn from next door
L-splitting a pork salad w. a coworker
S-Pineapple Orange Protein Shake
D-im not quite sure havent decided if im going to cook yet or not. if not i'll have 1/2 cup cottage cheese w. peaches.

I am on my last shift for this week.  It is my Friday :)  No plans other than relaxing.....a lot.

B:  1/2 banana, 1 chicken tender
S:   Joe Muggs Coffee at Books a Million
L:  6"in turkey sub with provolone cheese, tomatoe, peppers, pickles, and black olives, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper from subway
D:  Same as above but with Doritoes (BAD)
S:   prob a mozarella cheese stick and/or pk of tuna

Get off at midnight and hoping to sleep late in the morning!
