Tuesday!! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Let me just say how much I dislike this early darkness! I feel tired once it is dark, and I'm cold, so I don't want to exercise. Last night I forced myself to go down and do some weights. Tonight I'll brave the cold and go running.
Food today:
B-D-Lights bagel with egg and turkey sausage
S-Kashi bar
L-steak and cucumber, apple
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-not sure....was supposed to go out with a friend, but she canceled....maybe soup?
How do yall stay motivated to exercise when it is dark and cold???!!!! It was really hard for me last year too, and I'm just not looking forward to the winter months!

Girl, you are the only one motivated enough to exercise like you do. I wish we were neighbors!!!
B-cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches.
L-i dunno? Schwans Seasoned Stuffed Chicken Breast and mixed veggies i think. (im craving salads tho, just dont want to go out in the rain)
S-1/2 cup of cottage cheese maybe peaches?
D-im making sloppy joes for Jayden so i'll either have some mixture or i'll bake another stuffed chicken breast. these arent breaded and are SO good!!
I need to work out but i dont know if my legs with allow it.

B- light NSA strawberry yogurt
S- all natural nuts/fruit trail mix (Blueberry-Pomegranite,cashews,almonds and pistachios.) Got at Sam's. Very nutritious, awesome taste. I got it cause it was marked down on clearance, thinking it would just be good for me. Didn't think I would even like it. I went back and bought 2 more bags. It's awesome, crunchy, no salt or sugar addes. Just wonderful, wholesome goodness. YUMMO!
L-1 whole grain ham and cheese Lean Pocket
D- homemade beef vegetable soup and a slice of homemade cornbread.
Gosh, I just outdid myself on the soup and cornbread tonight. Barely had enough soup left for each of us to have a bowl for lunch tomorrow. And I think I coulda ate the whole pan of cornbread. It was soooo sooo good, I only ate a small slice mixed in with my soup. Mmmmm, mmmmm GOOD~!
