Don't Forget!!!

Tomorrow night is New Beginnings Support Group at 6P at Dr. Freemans office in the RMC Physicians Building.   We will have a speaker, who will be speaking WLS.  We will be finalizing the plans for our annual Christmas Party.  With the holidays coming up come on out and join us the support group helps keep all of accountable for our weight gain.  It has been shown that those involved in a support group keep their weight  gain to a minimum.   For more info call Ann at the office or message me.
