I always make Watergate Salad--my Nana always made it and it reminds me of her....my family affectionately calls it "Nana's green ****".  Gotta love my family!

You can make this with sugar free products.

1 box pistachio pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
mini marshmallows
pecan halves
large cool whip

Mix pudding, pineapple (do not drain), about 4 cups marshmallows, about 2 cups pecans and the tub of coolwhip.  Let sit overnight.

Wow, how simple.  I simply must try this one.  Yum..... I know my Mama used to make watergate salad but never knew what was in it.  It just didn't look good when I was a child.  But man, this sounds good.  Can't wait tot ry it.
