Looking for the PUMPKIN PUDDING RECIPE
I made is several years for Thanksgiving and it was a real winner. I know it had real canned pumpkin, not the pie mix and it had sf butterscotch pudding in it. And I think cool whip. I'm just not sure. Does anyone have that recipe on hand? I would really like to make it for my family this year. Would also like the caramel apple salad recipe as well. I think Gisela had that recipe. Can anyone round those two up for me somewhere??? Thanks for any and all help you have to offer.

Hi Elle, These recipes were in a WW cookbook my sister made for me. Weigh****chers Pumpkin Pudding Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Pk Sugar free butterscotch Instant pudding 1 C Fat free milk 16 Oz Pumpkin 1 Tbsp Vanilla 1 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 C Or more Cool Whip Mix pudding and mil****il thick. Add all the rest. Fold in Cool whip. Refridgerate -enjoy !! Caramel Apple Salad 3 cups diced apples Lemon juice 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1 small box sugar-free butterscotch instant pudding 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 (8 ounce) container fat free Cool Whip Toss diced apples with lemon juice (just enough so the apples don't turn brown). Add peanuts and marshmallows. In separate bowl, mix together butterscotch instant pudding pineapple and Cool Whip. Add to apple mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. You can use peeled apples or unpeeled. Serving size: 1 cup
