Tuesday whatcha eating? exercising?

Todays been such a hectic day for me. Works been crazy. Im soooo ready to be home but i have to cook, clean, exercise. yea. i need a clone LOL I hope everyones making good choices and moving them feet! 

Todays eats for me are

B-1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ grape tomatoes (about 6 cut in half)
S- 6 scoops w/ rotel dip.
L- salad w/ sandwich ham, tomatoes, pickle, fat free cheese, and boiled egg
S-1/2 c cottage cheese w/ NSA Peaches
D-meatloaf w/ some kind of bean and maybe carrots.

i may have a protein shake after i workout tonight, who knows?

I need to start doing this.  I have gained 4 pounds and I need to lose that plus 25. 

B - s/f oatmeal
S - 4 cracker and pb
L - 1/2 stuffing from taco salad (did not eat shell)
S - protein bar
D - sweet potato and maybe beans

I'm loving my crockpot right now!  Here's my food for the day:

B - protein shake
L - 3 oz chicken & laughing cow cheese
D - Swiss Steak, few green beans and spoonful of rice

B:  2 eggs with cheese and toast
S:  skinny cinnamon dolce latte
L:  slice toast, slice of chicken and slice of cheese
D1:  Small cheeseburger with extra pickles
D2:  1/2 c. baked beef and cheese
S:  mozzarella cheese stick
S2:  ?  maybe 1/2 orange


Usual walk (3 miles).

Haven't gotten my water in today.  Was on the run doing errands for the office and didn't take water with me.  I know better.
