Tuesday whatcha eating? exercising?
Todays been such a hectic day for me. Works been crazy. Im soooo ready to be home but i have to cook, clean, exercise. yea. i need a clone LOL I hope everyones making good choices and moving them feet!
Todays eats for me are
B-1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ grape tomatoes (about 6 cut in half)
S- 6 scoops w/ rotel dip.
L- salad w/ sandwich ham, tomatoes, pickle, fat free cheese, and boiled egg
S-1/2 c cottage cheese w/ NSA Peaches
D-meatloaf w/ some kind of bean and maybe carrots.
i may have a protein shake after i workout tonight, who knows?
