Monday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Did the time change throw you out of whack this weekend? It sure got me-I was hungry all day yesterday--I grazed and grazed, but never really wanted a meal. My cats were off too!
I'm about to hit the road! Probably wont exercise today since I'm traveling, but I'll get up in the morning and run on the treadmill at the hotel. I always bring my exercise clothes.
Food today:
B-Kashi cereal and milk (only ate a few bites--wasn't very hungry)
S-Kashi bar, then an hour later I had a slim jim (I know they are garbage but I love them!)
L-chips/salsa and a few bites of a chicken taco salad
not sure about the rest of the day.........
You lurkers get your hineys posting! We need to support each other thru the holidays so we can lose or maintain!! No gain over the holidays!!

Im here, ive been off with a sick child. got alot done around the house but wasnt very good about eating.
Today im back on the bandwagon and since its my 5 yr surgiversary im DETERMINED to make a change for the good. babysteps is what i think i need. if i can make babysteps i'll eventually hit my big goal.
im determined to lose 10lbs by Christmas. Should be attainable. Then i'll set another goal after that. Eventually i'll get to 160.
Today for me is
B- 1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches
S- 16oz Click w/ water
L- few bites of kraut and polish sausage, a bite of broc cheese, a bite of corn and a few bites of black eye peas. me and a girl split a plate
S- protein shake
D- cottage cheese w/ peaches.
i'll get in some time on the elliptical tonight while watching Dancin.

I know what you mean. I was feeling that way too and someone pointed out that I was being too hard on myself. I am down 120-130 pounds from my pre surgery weight. Yes, I want to lose more, but at least I have maintained a weight loss of over 100lbs for 6 years!!! That is an awesome accomplishment!
You have maintained a 100lb weight loss for 5 years. That's an AWESOME accomplishment! Yes you are a young and beautiful woman and want to make it to your goal and there is NOTHING wrong with that. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! BUT, don't feel like a failure...a loser yes, a failure no!!! Sorry, I couldn't pass that one up!!
Seriously, you can't be a failure with an accomplishment like that and if you feel like a success...you are more apt to be MORE successful! Good luck sweetie!!

Life has been hectic for me. Moved to Prattville to be closer to work and that ended up terminating my relationship.....but happy now. GOing to KY weds. to visit my son. He is 19 today!

Snack-Chobani pineapple yogurt
Dinner-dirty martini, a few bites of steak, asparagus, a few bites of carrot cake and a few bites of a flourless chocolate cake.
Tomorrow gotta hit the treadmill!! Yall have a good night.
