Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
I saw my surgeon for my 18 month check up today-all is well and I lost 5 lbs since I last saw him in May. I think it is safe to say I'm in maintenance at this point.
Last night went to Muddtown with DH and we shared a steak (well, I had 4 bites!) and I had one slice of fried green tomato--yummo. Oh, and I had a wonderful glass of red wine. I didn't exercise because I was too tired once we got home (I think the wine had something to do with that!)
Food today:
B-1 slice double fiber toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-3 oz roasted chicken
L-not sure-going out
S-Chobani strawberry/banana yogurt
D-chili
Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple
Exercise will be P90X leg and back workout.

I had my 6 week follow up with nutritionist today and all is well ;>)
B - protein shake (with Almond milk - unsweetened)
S - Almonds
L - 2 oz pot roast with some tomatoes and onions
S - String Cheese
D - Not sure yet - church is serving lasagne so we'll see. It may be another shake
Working on getting more exercise in now that my energy is starting to come back!!
