B-protein shake
l-1chicken finger and a salad
d-baked coconut shrimp and california veggies

loads of unsweet tea w/ splenda.
if the knee is up to it im going to try and work out tonight!

I had done so well the last couple of days trying out different meats, I was a little bummed when the day started out with an upset pouch.

So.....

B - protein shake - very hard to  get it all down
L - protein shake
D - protein shake with  fruit

Hopefully  tomorrow I'll get back to real food.
