Thursday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
I had an onsite demo this a.m....just getting into the office. Last night I did about 30 mins of yoga...nothing too strenuous. I also ate a few pieces of chocolate candy and I've finally figured something out....I don't "dump" persay, but about an hour after I eat sugar I get this crash in my blood sugar and get the shakes, and feeling like I'm gonna pass out....last night when it happened my daughter took my sugar reading and it was 67. I guess I'll have to STOP EATING THE SUGAR (DUH)....and maybe stop the issue???

L-2 slices of pizza (mostly the toppings from two and crust from one)
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-WW taco soup
