Wednesday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

We made it to hump day!  I jogged/speed walked 4 miles last night in 55 minutes...my new personal best.  I'm not breaking any world records, but I sure was proud of my old joints getting it done in that timeframe!  Tonight I'll probably do yoga....give the knee a rest.

B-1/2 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-Chunky soup and crackers
S-NSA pears and Oikos honey yogurt
D-left over roast and potatoes

Dessert--probably a NSA ice cream bar

b-protein shake
l-chopped chicken cobb salad from Panera not all of it.
d-i dunno really. leftover spaghetti from the other night is what J'll eat i may have some of it.

 I ate well too ladies.
Although am 7 years out this month,   still eating with the plan .
Breakfast yesterday was  the protein oatmeal with a banana chopped in and about 1/4 cup maybe of toasted pecans

mid am snack  :  Protein bar    190 calories ,   2 sugars and great source of protein

Lunch : grilled chicken on top of lettuce , tomato and fat free Italian dressing

Mid afternoon snack   1 cup of the Kelloggs high protien cereal   dry ( 100 cal , 10 grams protein)

Dinner :    grilled chicken again on salad with light ranch
Lots of unsweet tea with Splenda all day , coffee , water

One hour at gym  30 cardio elipitical and weight training
BORING LIFE  LOL and eating plan as this is what i at least 5 days a week
IT WORKS THOUGH  :)
