What a great weekend!  Went running Saturday which flared the knee a bit...but I put the heating pad on it and got great relief....I think this will now be my "secret weapon"!  Yesterday I cooked a roast and potatoes and a big pot of the famous WW taco soup.  Several dinners are ready to go!

Food for today

B-1/2 cup cott chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-Kashi bar
L- sirloin steak and fried rice at Korean restaurant
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-roast with potatoes and carrots

Dessert will be jello with pineapple

I'm gonna run again today--I want to enjoy this weather as long as I can!

Hey!! im having knee troubles now. Its horrible, i dont see how u run.

B-protein shake
S-beef jerky
L-few bites of chicken salad
D-meat w/ spaghetti sauce (makin J spaghetti)

So, i went to the dr today and i have anserine bursitis. He gave me a shot in my knee. Felt instantly better. well now it hurts again. Its inflamation of the knee so i need ibproufin. Well, we arent suppose to take that. Have any of you took it just for a short period?? Im gonna make a seperate post but im curious bc id love some relief for good!

I called my Dr and they said I could take NSAIDS for up to 6 months as long as I took Prilosec twice a day while on it....call your surgeon's office.

Hope you are feeling better soon--these knee troubles make me feel old!
