Friday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

I am off to the Smoky Mountains until next Thurs.....so I need someone to do this thread Mon-Wed please.

I have several long hikes planned and the weather is supposed to be beautiful--I can't wait!  I did P90X Kenpo last night--the knee handled it okay.

Today's Food:

B-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana (I ate 2/3 of it)
S-boiled egg
L-ribs and a few bites of other stuff (we have a cookout at work today)
S-Oikos honey yogurt
D-eating on the road-probably CB-will pick off hubby's plate

I am so ready for this trip! Yall have a great weekend.

S - laughing cow lite & a few reduced fat wheat thins
L - Taco Bell: Pintos & Cheese and a Fresco Chicken Soft Taco
S - none
D - I never know!

D:1/2 of a hamburger pattie -two bites of hot dog -two chips

Thanks Kim I have slowed down losing so I thought I would start putting it down on here with yall.I have been hooked on chips and Im trying to break that habit now.So pray I can do this .
