Thursday-Whatcha Eatin? Are you Moving???!!!
So where are our regular posters???? We need to be accountable to each other so we can achieve/maintain our goals...speak up people!! If you are fighting a battle, let us help.
Food today:
B-1/2 ww eng muffin with hard boiled egg
S-Kashi bar
L-Chunky healthy request chicken and sausage gumbo, 5 light Ritz, a few ounces of leftover roasted chicken (need the extra protein)
S-Oikos honey yogurt, nectarine
D-chili
I've been dipping in the ole candy jar at work....gotta stop that mid-day temptation! Some days I wish sugar made me sick.....
Exercise: probably nothing today--maybe P90X stretching. I'm keeping the knee rested because I'll be hiking over 30 miles between Sat-Tues while we are in the mountains.....I at least need to start with a solid knee.

Hi! I am still around myself, but been so busy at work lately!

L - 1/3 of an eggroll and 4 crab/avacado/cream cheese sushi pieces
S - rest of my protein bar
D - ? Not sure! It might be a microwave lean cuisine kinda night.
I've finally gotten into a bit of an exercise routine. My abdomen doesn't hurt me as badly now, so it's easier to do! I've been doing wii fit and walking around and it's been great! I hope the enthusiasm lasts. I think its partly this wonderful weather.
