Tuesday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
I went running last night--probably ran 1.5 miles, walked 1 mile. The knee is a little sore today, but not too bad.....tonight is P90X core synergistics.
OMG!! I am FREEZING! I am so sensitive to the cold now.....winter will be so different for me now--I have on a turtleneck and tights!

B-1/2 ww eng muffin with 2 oz colby cheese ad 1 oz lean ham
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice steamer Whiskey Steak, small salad
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt, orange
D-pork chop and cream corn

It's been temptation city for me lately. Food everywhere with banquets, birthdays, free lunch buffets, etc... I've been doing well, my band prevents my from eating too much *yay*, but I am tired of the temptations to make wrong choices. I'm glad that I can now get back on track.
