What a beautiful day-we are blessed!

I put my summer clothes/shoes away this weekend and hauled out the few winter things I had that still fit..........this should be the last time I have to replace a seasonal wardrobe.... I had lots of summer clothes I'll get to wear again next year (provided I don't GAIN any weight!!).  I love this weather because I can wear a jacket every day....I'm still VERY cold natured since I lost the weight.  I cleaned all my windows this weekend (what a chore!) and killed several creepy spiders in the process.  My house was decorated for Halloween compliments of nature!

Food today:

B-1 egg, 2 oz turkey sausage and 1/2 eng muffin (I only ate about 1/2 of all of it...wasn't very hungry)
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine, nectarine
S-Chobani peach yogurt
D-salmon and salad

Dessert-s/f pudding

I have a late meeting today so I'll go to the track and jog when I get home...with my DD, DH and grandpuppy!

Hi Kim,

How many grams of protein does the Chobani yogurt have in a serving?

I don't like the taste of yogurt, but I can eat it in small servings.  I found a smaller serving of Greek yogurt in the All Natural Brown Cow Greek Yogurt.  It has 10 grams of protein in a serving.  The blueberry tastes okay, and it has 100 calories.  Is this a good amount of protein?

I am also increasing calories so my BMI does not go below 40.

Thanks,

Kim

It has 14 grams of protein, and 140-160 calories depending on which flavor you get.  It also has 19-20 grams of sugar.........this doesn't bother me, but you'll want to be cautious with this after surgery.

Even 10 grams in a smaller Greek yogurt is excellent!  Hang in there, your day is getting closer!!

Kim,

I did not even think about checking the sugar.  Thanks!

I just know I am going to be a "dumper".  I have problems with that now and always have.

Again, thanks for taking the time to help all of us!

About 15 weeks to go!!!!

Girl!  Me too!  I am trying to eat more veggies and pickles because I'm afraid I'll gain if I keep eating!  The more I exercise, the more I need to eat....it just scares me a bit.  That and hormones have been raging so I've really wanted the junk!

Wasabi peas have become my new obsession!
