Friday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Here we are at the end of another week!  I weighed this morning--still within my 3 lb range I've been in since the end of May.  Iwas afraid that I might gain since I couldn't really exercise this week, so that was a relief (well, and the 2 days I got into the candy bowl added to the fear!)

I'm going to run tomorrow morning to see how the old knee handles it--not full force, but some sprints.  I am actually MISSING MY EXERCISE!  Really, I never thought I'd utter those words!  It has taken me over 2 years of regular exercise to get to this point.

Food today:
B-Kashi cereal with ff milk (had about a cup, but only ate 1/2 of it...not really hungry this a.m.)
S-Kashi bar
L-soup and crackers, watermelon
S-Chobani
D-grilled steak and some veggies-and of course, a few drinks!
