Happy Fall Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
OOH! I love this weather, but I forgot how cold I get (I've been comfortable all summer!) Long sleeves and a jacket for me today!
Last night I only speed walked 2 miles...the knee just wasn't up to it....and I was so jealous of the joggers on the path! My feet just kept wanting to take off running......I NEVER thought I'd say that!!
Today's food:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights ww bagel with egg, turkey sausage and cheese
S-grapes
L-left over jambalaya with turkey sausage (about a cup)
S-Chobani pineapple
D-left overs again! From the BBQ Saturday
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar??
If I need another snack today (I forgot my Kashi bar!) I have some wasabi peas...they are awesome!
Exercise-tonight my daughter and I will do P90X core synergistics....I don't particularly like this one, but my core can use the extra work!

Your day sounds yummy to me! I bought some of the Jimmy Dean DLights Breakfast English muffins sandwiches but they made me sick. I need to try the bagels. I like the bowls pretty well tho.
B-1/2 c of cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches 1/2 slice low carb toast
L-chili from Wendys or maybe half a BLT Cobb Salad from there.
S-Protein Shake
D-beer brats and kraut
I didnt get any exercise last night or this morning as Jayden was sick most of the night and we both slept in this morning. I'll try to do the elliptical tonight but dishes and my kitchen is calling my name. Ill walk some at ball practice!

S: Not sure yet.....yogurt or kettle corn popcorn

I really pay attention to what all of you ladies post about what you are eating, and I try the items that are mentioned. I am already buying up the protein shakes that Hillary mentioned that she really liked. I found a deal on Amazon.com where they automatically ship them to you.'
