Monday Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
What an awesome weekend! Did the 5k Saturday morning, then went back to my house for bloody Marys and quiche, then had a bunch of folks over for a BBQ Saturday evening, Sunday saw the new Wall Street movie and cooked a big ole pot of black eyed peas and ham (I love any bean with ham!).
Yesterday did P90X upper body workout since the knee is irritated....today it feels pretty good so I'll go speed walking with a brace tonight...might as well keep going until I see the doc on Wed!!
Today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
S-Kashi bar (I am soooo predictible!)
L-grilled chicken breast and left over salad from Sat night, nectarine
S-Chobani pineapple
D-blackened salmon and 1 ear fresh corn on the cob
Dessert-SF jello with pineapple

my day/mind has changed slightly.
S #1 cancelled.
D-chili from Wendys. Im also getting the spicy chicken nuggets bc i want to try them. i'll have half of both im thinking and save the rest for tomorrows lunch or dinner.
Its COLD here and im wanting some chili and or taco soup in a bad bad way.

L: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 protein wrap w/ chicken, small plk of Dorito's
S: Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter Granola Bar, Diet White Raspberry Tea
D: Making Beef Tips w/ veggies and rice or potatoes....I know both are bad but others probably need them to make the meal....LOL
S: Not sure yet....probably grapes
Exercise: Getting in my usual 5+ miles of walking at work!
