Whatcha eating Thursday?
Ugh! I dont think im ever going to get over this CRAP. Hopefully i can go to the doctor tomorrow if im no better. Tylenol Sinus just isnt working.

S-1 tiny pc of beef jerky to curb to hunger pains
L-i left my salad in the fridge at home so im going out. Im not quite sure but im starving bc i didnt eat breakfast. Im thinking ofa pc of smoked chicken breast w/ white sauce!
S-protein shake
D-my salad that i left w/ 2 chicken nuggest from Wendy's chopped up
Tonight is Wendy's night and that means All proceeds from tonight goes to Jaydens school. they do it once a month and we try to eat there that night. I rarely eat at Wendys but im going to buy some chicken nuggest and put them on a salad.
Also, i was training two men this mornng and we just finished and i said OH let me go get a protein shake. well it was 10:10. So i grabbed a pc of jerky, totally not cutting it.
On a bad note. i didnt lose one single pound this week so far. What a freaking bummer, really. I really dont know what to change and do differently except i havent exercised this week. Blah!

If you are going to Wendy's try the new salad they have with the chili on it....it is amazing!!
Hope you are feeling better soon...don't worry about the weight...you are taking antihistamines and can be retaining fluid....keep doing what you are doing.

D-going to Crazy Johnnies steak house so I'll be having filet for sure!
Dessert-we are going to get a snoball later today so I'll have a small one....and maybe a ****tail with dinner??
I can't wait to get home tomorrow...I've been enjoying this New Orleans food and drinks...and of course can't exercise due to the knee injury...which I'll deal with tomorrow--I'm calling the orthopedic doctor for an appt--the pain has gotten better, but it is not stable, popping like crazy and just not right (I'm thinking meniscus issues??)

Hiliary as some one who is over 7 years out I am going to add my 2 cents worth. I really think if you will go back to the basics, protein first and then if you still need some carbs maybe a bit and leave it at that, up the water, do your vitamins. By looking at what you eat I really don't think you are getting enough protein, cut out some of the salads as the dressings have a lot of calories. The beef jerky was a good choice. Leave of the salad for tonight and just go with protein. Also if you up your protein and do mostly protein don't worry about the calories. Being 7 years out there is no way I get in 1200 to 1500 calories a day unless I eat a lot of carbs. I am headed out to McAlisters in just a few to get a sandwich, I will order the childs turkey and take all the meat and put in one slice of bread and then pull off all the sides. I am not even able to finsh that. Protein shakes are great but do not substitue them for a meal. Get rid of all those empty calories, sweets, sodas, etc,etc. Hope this helps you some, I am by no means an expert but think that I have done something right for the last 7 yeats. You can do this, PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN.
Hey Louise and thanks for the input. If you'll go back and look thru my eating over the past few weeks ive been eating mainly protein with a green vegetable. i dont always eat salads i just like them and theyseem to be filling and easy for lunch.. I eat mainly the protein off of them tho and very little dressing as im not a dressing fan. Ive been doing good over the last few weeks i just didnt lose any weight this week. Ive left off sweets and sodas. im on water and unsweet tea w/ splenda. for 3 weeks now. major improvement i think! I CAN eat alot more than i should be able too i just dont. ive cut my portions back a great deal. I wish i had restriction i just dont have good restriction so i have to tell myself to stop after a few bites.
I got my first fill today, so I'm on liquids.
The fill went well...I got 3.5cc in a 14cc band.

S - none so far, but my stomach is growling and I'm drinking water
D - more broth? I have some new protein drinks that are more like chocolate milk and less like a shake, so I think I'll do that.
*sigh* How quickly I forgot how boring the liquids were! LOL
