Whatcha eating this Hump Day?
I still feel like poo smells so nothing is appetizing to me. Im going to try to eat today but we'll see what happens.
B-Protein Shake Strawberry
L-I brought salad w. romaine, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, and tomato. i have some fajita chicken i'll put on top of that (bought from Schwans)
S-apple w/ pnut butter maybe
D-gonna bake a pc of boneless skinless chicken breast w/ some chipotle seasonings. may add a few bites of salad. If i dont feel like eating i'll have a protein shake
No exercise for me, i cant breathe. literally. i barely made it up the stairs at work this morning.

Hello from Nawlins! My knee feels a little better, but still jacked up. And wouldn't you know the hotel I'm at put me on the same floor as the exercise room! I have to pass it everytime I go down the hall!!

L-about a cup of red beans and rice, smoked sausage
S-slim jim if I need one
D-drinks, and seafood--probably blackened fish!!
I won't be doing any exercise today....I MAY try some walking on the treadmill tomorrow IF the knee feels up to it.

D - I think it'll be salad tonight...the combo I came up with the other day was good (apples, cranberries, pecans, feta, and raspberry vinagrette... this time I'll add chicken)

I need to see the nutrionist for a specialized protein goal just for me. They don't really give us a protein goal at our program...they say eat 3oz. of meat a day and always eat your protein first. They tell us to sprinkle in protein wherever we can, but they never give us a number. I did a group nutrtion consultation and I need to go for a one on one!
I had approx. 65g of protein total yesterday. That is about my average for any given day as of now!
I plan on making a protein shake a breakfast again a few times a week... I just lost my taste for them for a while, but I think I could tolerate them again now!
