Tuesday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercisin?
Well, now I've done it....I'm in full limp because I've done something to my right knee.......I may not be able to run or even walk Saturday for my first 5K........I'm so bummed. I'm going to let it settle down for the next few days and see where it is on Saturday. I'll likely end up at the orthopedic doctor getting it checked....my running career may be very short lived!
Today I'll eat:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights egg and turkey sausage whole wheat bagel
S-1/2 of a chicken roll up (made with whole grain wrap)
L-Lean Cuisine cheese cannelloni, nectarine
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-who knows...I'm flying to New Orleans this evening...don't know when/where/if I'll eat
I wont be doing anything strenuous for the next few days while I wait for my knee to calm down...I'll do some push ups and sit ups and stretches though.

l-leftover chicken and steamed veggies from yesterday
s-apple w/ peanut butter
D-salad and or protein shake. who knows. im desperately wanting this weight off and thinking drinking a protein shake for supper may be a better solution for night instead of morning. we'll see.
B - special k protein & skim milk
S - none
L - lettuce wrap with ham & provolone
S - maybe a quick glass of milk before my surgeon's support group meeting in LaGrange, GA tonight.
