Monday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
I am traveling for work Wed-Fri, so I won't be able to post. Hilary, will you do it for me please?
This weekend was lazy--and I enjoyed it! We didn't have anything to do, so we hung around the house and watched football. Saturday I did P90X arm/shoulder workout and the Ab ripper X. Sunday I ran/speed walked 4 miles. Today I'll do P90X something since I'm traveling the rest of the week--I'll get a few runs in while I'm in New Orleans though.
I'm finding I'm more hungry lately so I really gotta watch my snacking! I'm trying to eat healthy things, but I do ocassionally stick a piece of candy in my mouth. I bought some wasabi peas to munch on-they are wonderful! Like so many before us have warned.....hunger returns, and you CAN eat more......this is the hard part and I'm so glad I developed some good eating habits in the past year.
Food for today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
S-cashews
L-Healthy Choice beef merlot steamer, nectarine
S-Chobani pineapple
D-steak and cauliflower
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar or s/f pudding

I didnt eat so great yesterday. I had a brownie. Ive been avoiding sweets like the plague and yesterday i had one. well this morning i was up 3lbs. SO, im detoxing today. Plus, i dont feel good and dont really feel like eating.

i ETA change of lunch plans and forgot to tell you i went to a different place for my BBQ'd chicken breast today. Its a lil sports grille called B.B.Perrins, i eat there on the weekends w/ my galpals some.. my aunt/boss got the gumbo and ribs and OMG ws the gumbo to DIE for. So good and i dont normally like gumbo. I feel i may have to go this weekend and order me a cup of it.

I hope everyone is having a great week. I've got to find myself a new recipe to try for the week. I've been trying something new each week to keep things interesting.

L - Lean Cusine
S - Pnut Butter & Apple wedges (I had this little sample packet of all-natural pnut butter, so I tried it out...heavenly stuff, but I never buy an entire jar of pnut butter...that's just dangerous for me)
D - Salad maybe?
